Chef Stephen was our private chef for our family vacation. Everyone loved his food (including my children who are very picky). From the start, he was very easy to work and communicate with. He uses local in season organic food which I also appreciated. It was so nice to relax and not worry about feeding the family. I had complete trust and confidence in Chef Stephen and he over delivered. I would 100% recommend him :)
We invited Chef Stephen Lee to make us dinner at our Vrbo house in Palm Springs and he did not disappoint. He was fun, engaging and informative. He used all local, farm fresh ingredients and the dinner was simply fantastic. Would highly recommend Chef Stephen for your next dinner gathering. We couldn't stop talking about it afterwards. We had the most amazing, delicious, and worry-free experience with Stephen. He came to our home with everything he needed to create his magic. We didn't even need to turn on the oven! Stephen prepared a 5-course feast for 5 adults which focused on an Asian theme. It included beautiful sauces and accompaniments, seafood, short ribs, and the most delectable dessert - an artistic take on apple pie. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and Stephen made enough of each for a second taste if we wanted. We highly recommend booking Stephen for a special evening!
Stephen masterfully catered a family trip to Palm Desert for my 70th birthday. Menu planning for five days of meals was fun and Stephen handmade each item and impeccably presented for my three generations of family. He provided breakfast, lunch snack and supper each day, with all being prepared on site. He came well prepared, in good spirits and we were so grateful for him being such an important part of our celebration! It was a lot of work and a lot of deliciousness. Thank you Stephen!

Stephen cooked an incredible Asian-inspired birthday dinner for our family of ten at our Palm Springs home, and it could not have been more perfect. He brought such a great vibe with—warm, easygoing, and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable. Even while he was clearly in his element as an artist in the kitchen, he made us feel welcome to hang out, chat, and even share his playlist since we were loving the music. And the food… it was beautiful and, most of all, delicious. Even my 90-year-old grandma, who is very particular, went back for seconds. That never happens. Stephen made the whole night feel effortless and special. We’re based in San Francisco but spend a lot of time in Palm Springs, and now we know exactly who to call for the next celebration. Highly, highly recommend.
